Photos take 1 -2 weeks typically for editing but may take longer to process during busy seasons (holidays and events). You can always ask me what my current work load is and I can give you an estimate or quote for expediting your photos if needed!

Once you receive an email for your photos, open the link to the online gallery and "heart" the number photos for the package that you chose. This first gallery will contain watermarks across the photos, don't worry! Once you create the favorites list to select your photos, a new gallery will be made created for you to download without watermarks.

Online galleries are only available for download for 30 days, so please download them to a secure device or flash drive ASAP! Please feel free to reach out and let me know if you need any help before the gallery expires!

Sure! After you have chosen the amount of photos originally purchased, reach out to me about the additional photo(s) or even the entire album if you wish. I can get back to you on a price for the additionals or bulk gallery!

It is best to wear solid complimenting colors when coordinating and have no more than one person wearing a pattern typically. Natural color schemes and neutral colors can create timeless and elegant photos! For the ladies, don't forget to paint your nails if they're chipping!

And don't forget to dress for the weather! Even if you don't want a big coat for the photos, you should bring it along to warm up!

Try to avoid wearing too many accessories, strong patterns, clashing colors, or logos!  When deciding on clothing, try to avoid dressing people in different shades of the same color.

Remember to dress comfortably! If you are uncomfortable in your outfit, chances are it might show on camera! Be comfortable and most importantly, be YOU!

Great question! If you have dogs or small children it may help to bring their favorite toy or treats to get their attention.

Sessions are booked for a specific time frame, please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early to guarantee your full time slot as additional time is not allotted. On the day of your session, it may be best to take time preparing you and your family and make a schedule of when to leave. Make sure you bring any items you are wanting to include in the session!

I service the Billings, Montana area where the majority of my sessions are held. But I can travel if you would like a specific location outside of the Billings city limits. Just let me know the location you would like and I can give you a quote!

As tempting as it may be, please do try to avoid Walmart or Walgreens print shops. Especially for the larger canvases or enlarged prints as they may lack in quality and/or color balance. Talk to me about prints or canvases and I can make sure you get quality photos to display!
